Brittex is Florida's leader in the Internet delivery of appraisal reports (EDI). We are able to send reports directly to the lender/client as fast as the speed of the receiving modem.With the use of high resolution digital pictures, maps and signatures, reports can be stored on a hard drive and printed as many times as necessary.This allows us to provide instant deliveries of appraisal reports, final inspections and other forms as needed by lenders / brokers, increasing efficiency and reducing the need for storage of paper.Please contact us for more information on obtaining the electronic delivery of appraisals. There is no charge for the software set-up and the program will run on a typical Pentium class computer with a color bubble jet printer. The appraisals are delivered as e-mail attachments and are less than one megabyte in size.
