One of Miami's fastest growing offices, CENTURY 21 Dadeco International opened its offices in 1989. From its first office located in South Miami, CENTURY 21 Dadeco International has expanded, including a merger with CENTURY 21 Dawson and Associates, which had been a cornerstone in the South Dade real estate community for nearly two decades. In 1992 Premium Properties brought over all their sales people and brokers, and in 1994, CENTURY 21 Perfect Realty joined our company. Our most recent addition occurred in 1996 with the joining of CENTURY 21 Camp International, which expanded our market and horizons into the international real estate market. With several CENTURION and Masters Club agents as part of our 50 plus office population, CENTURY 21 Dadeco International has an agent to fit all the needs of buyers and sellers in the South Florida real estate market. We also have a full service property management division that has been serving SE Florida for over 20 years.
