ITALTECH provides the pasta and noodle industry with a comprehensive line of equipment for the production of dry, fresh, and specialty products. We focus on providing our customers with high quality products that are both reliable and affordable. At our production facilities in Miami, Florida, we build drying and thermal treatment machinery for the pasta and noodle industries as well as select processing and handling equipment for the general food industry. We also distribute machinery and parts for Italian manufacturers who are at the forefront of pasta technology. We are also equipped to custom-build machines for specific applications using the latest in CAD technology. Applications include cooking, cutting, drying, and handling of foodstuffs.
