The Pinewood Acres PreSchool Program provides an enriched early academic program to three, four, and five year old children. Through developmental objectives that are organized around monthly and weekly themes, our youngest students are introduced to the fundamentals of learning. Teachers take advantage of different techniques in planning activities to meet objectives. The program emphasizes interaction, problem-solving, and the integration of curricular topics. Instruction is carried out through whole group and center activities in a nurturing, encouraging environment. A highly trained and caring staff endeavor to make these early years a happy, rewarding and enthusiastic learning experience which will carry over to their elementary years.
