Turnkey Construction, Inc. was formed in 1997 as a specialty structural and general contractor specializing in commercial construction and concrete shell subcontracting. Over the past six years, we have complete approximately forty million dollars in commercial work. We are fully bonded to twenty million dollars and carry a five million dollar commercial liability policy. We have an unlimited state general contractors license in Florida and specialize in Dade, Broward, and Monroe counties. Our construction schedules are facilitated by using the highest quality subcontractors and material suppliers to ensure a quality project, built on time and within budget.
